Charles Howard QC
Charles Howard QC has a Family and Civil Law practice. He is recommended in Chambers Directory as a specialist in Family Law.
Family Wide experience of all categories of family law, particularly child care, child abduction and ancillary relief, and including related matters such as Inheritance Act and probate disputes, constructive trust issues, family oriented judicial review and solicitors’ negligence in relation to family law.
Civil Considerable experience of professional and clinical negligence, personal injury, civil actions against the police, contract law and insolvency.
