Family   Wide experience of all categories of family law, particularly child care, child abduction and ancillary relief, and including related matters such as Inheritance Act and probate disputes, constructive trust issues, family oriented judicial review and solicitors’ negligence in relation to family law.

Civil   Considerable experience of professional and clinical negligence, personal injury, civil actions against the police, contract law and insolvency.

Charles Howard QC is a frequent lecturer on Central Law Training conferences. Recent lectures include “Ancillary Relief and Insolvency” and “Appealing Ancillary Relief Orders: Recent Changes in Law and Practice”.
