Ian Cook is a specialist finance practitioner with very wide-ranging experience of all aspects of the law and procedure relating to divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and proceedings under Schedule 1 of the Children Act. Ian’s clients are typically legal, financial, medical and business professionals and their spouses/civil partners. Ian is routinely instructed in cases involving family trusts and complex wealth holding structures situated in the UK and offshore (Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey, IOM, BVI, SVG, Panama).
