Ian Cook

Ian Cook is a specialist finance practitioner with very wide-ranging experience of all aspects of the law and procedure relating to divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and proceedings under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.  Ian’s clients are typically legal, financial, medical and business professionals and their spouses/civil partners.  Ian is routinely instructed in cases involving family trusts and complex wealth holding structures situated in the UK and offshore (Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey, IOM, BVI, SVG, Panama).  Whilst the majority of Ian’s cases proceed in London he is very happy to travel to courts anywhere in the country.
