Booking TermsPayment
Either send your cheques with this form or ask to be invoiced. All invoices for the conference must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. Submission of a completed registration form constitutes a firm booking.
Telephone bookings
All telephone bookings must be confirmed by returning the completed registration form with payment before the conference.
Substitute delegates
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. It would be helpful if you would inform us of any changes as soon as possible so that replacement badges may be issued.
Acknowledgement of registration
If you have not received acknowledgement of your conference registration one week before the conference, please telephone Sue Gray, to confirm that your registration has been received.
Cancellation
If you do not attend on the day, or cancel within 5 days, of the date of the conference, you will be sent a copy of the lecture notes but will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations made between 5 and 10 days of the conference date will receive a 50% refund, and in excess of 10 days will receive a full refund.
Continuing Professional Development
Under the Law Societys CPD Scheme, this conference will receive credit hours, please find details for individual conferences on our website.
