At 1 King's Bench Walk we are always interested in improving all the services which we provide to all our clients. To enable us to do this we need to receive regular feedback on 'how we are doing'. This information is invaluable to us and we listen to all the feedback that we receive and implement changes when and where they are necessary.
To this end we regularly sent out 'Client Satisfaction Questionnaires' to a varied selection of our clients and we now have a web based version to make completion easier (some clients told us that the paper based version was cumbersome and long). The new version takes only 2 or 3 minutes to complete, it can be sent anonimously or if you would prefer you can add your contact details.
