Deepak is recommended as a leading junior in matrimonial finance in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. He is also the co-editor of Jackson’s Matrimonial Finance and Taxation. He has appeared at all levels in private family law proceedings from county courts to the House of Lords. He specialises in matrimonial finance cases and has acted in a number of high profile cases, including McFarlane, Charman and Crossley.
In addition, he is increasingly instructed in family law cases involving complex questions of law, which have included offshore trusts and human rights issues.
