Harry Oliver practises solely in Family Law, with the vast majority of his work covering all aspects of ancillary relief and related enforcement proceedings (both domestic and international), including cases involving high profile clients, very substantial assets, offshore trusts and complex company structures. He appears frequently with and against leading counsel. He is experienced in disputes between unmarried couples brought under TOLATA 1996 and for financial provision under Children Act 1989 Schedule 1.
He also undertakes private law children cases, including those with an international aspect, and appears at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal.
