Peter is a specialist practitioner in Family Law
Matrimonial Finance and Divorce
Peter specialises in all areas of ancillary financial relief and related enforcement proceedings, as well as claims between cohabitees and claims brought under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989. His cases regularly involve trusts, intervenors, pre and post nuptial agreements, foreign or complex assets, businesses and partnerships, and jurisdictional disputes.
Peter regularly gives lectures on current developments in matrimonial finance at Resolution and FLBA events, and conferences organised by solicitors or chambers.
Children and Domestic Violence
Peter also advises and acts in relation to private and public law applications involving children (for parents and local authorities), child abduction and leave to remove cases. He also conducts applications for injunctions in cases involving serious domestic violence and harassment.
