Philip Marshall is a Family Law practitioner specialising in Matrimonial Finance and Property and related Divorce and (private law) Children cases.

Philip has extensive experience of complex and "big money" matrimonial disputes at all levels. He has appeared in the House of Lords on three occasions: in the landmark case of White v White, in Mark v Mark (illegality and jurisdiction) and most recently in Miller v Miller.  His other reported cases include Pearce v Pearce (capitalisation of maintenance) in the Court of Appeal. Philip is named as a Matrimonial Finance Leading Junior in both Chambers & Partners UK Directory, and in the Legal 500.  He has recently been elected (2007) as Secretary of the Family Law Bar Association and sits on the Money and Property (Ancillary Relief) Committee of the Family Justice Council.  Philip is also a regular speaker on Matrimonial Finance both in London and throughout the country for Jordan's Publishing (Family Law) and is an established advocacy trainer for Grays Inn.
