Robert Hall has a substantial practice specialising in Criminal Law including Regulatory Crime. His practice covers Sussex, Kent, Essex and London, although he has travelled nationwide as Counsel Prosecuting on behalf of the General Dental Council.
He has been led and has appeared on his own in the Appellate courts, most recently in R v ABC [2007] EWCA (Reporting embargoed). He has also appeared for the Prosecution and the Defence in high profile first instance cases including R v Henry & Cole (Attempted murder; as reconstructed on BBC's Crimewatch), R v Hansen & Brown (Murder in the Crown, Horsham), R V Radwell & Another (Murder in drinking den, Eastbourne), R v ####### (Street Murder in Brighton), R v Bonnicci & Another (Multiple Deaths by Dangerous Drivingon M1 motorway) and R v M (Rape of boy by another boy whilst in foster care).
