Tim Prudhoe is a practising Door Tenant with full rights of audience in the courts of England & Wales. He is now based in the leading offshore jurisdiction of Bermuda. He is also admitted in the British Virgin Islands and the Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies. He remains of Counsel to the Turks & Caicos Islands firm of Bishop Papachristou & Prudhoe of which he was a partner for five years. He is also of Counsel to the Chicago firm of Loeffler Thomas Touzalin LLP.
Tim practices predominantly in the field of civil and commercial arbitration and litigation, as well as contentious trust and insolvency work. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators, as well as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Commercial Bar Association.
