Graduated Fee Payment Protocol
The Graduated Fee Payment Protocol has been prepared by the Bar Council and has been supported by the Department of Constitutional Affairs during consultation leading to the Funding Order 2007. Its purpose is to ensure that payment and distribution of legal aid fees occurs in a fair and disciplined way.
