At 1kbw we specialise in family law and criminal law. We have 54 members of whom 11 are distinguished QCs complemented by an excellent team of junior barristers encompassing a range of call to suit all requirements.
1 Kings Bench Walk has a first rate family law team. We have a full range of experience in all aspects of family law - child law, finance and divorce and mediation; including but not limited to adoption, child abduction, ancillary relief, divorce, contact, child abuse, child care, cohabitation, mediation and matrimonial finance. We have the strongest ADR team of any London set of Family chambers, including Mediators, Collaborative Counsel and counsel for out-of-court Early Neutral Evaluations ("private FDR's").
Criminal law barristers at 1kbw have considerable strength and depth and deal with all areas of criminal law, judicial review and the full range of criminal procedure and litigation. We have particular expertise in murder, sexual offences, serious violence, serious fraud, corporate and financial crime, customs and revenue, drugs and money laundering.
