Deborah Eaton KC of 1KBW was one of the select panel of speakers at an event which took place at Withers on 8th May 2025 entitled
“A Better Way – How to improve the experience and outcome for families in high conflict children cases”.
This was a high end, by invitation event for experienced specialist child law practitioners. The panel and the audience debated the many issues facing those involved in children’s cases and potential ways of resolving the issues with a particular emphasis on non court dispute resolution. Subjects discussed ranged from arbitration, the Pathfinder scheme, the use of ISW’s, and judicial approaches to NCDR.
