Mandy practises primarily in matters concerning financial remedy for married and co-habiting couples. She has a particular interest in cases involving third party property interests and trust structures and is regularly instructed on cases involving pre and post nuptial agreements and their enforceability. Ranked in both legal directories over many years, Mandy also has strong international experience, acting on cases with assets throughout Europe, the Gulf region and Asia.

Mandy’s practice encompasses complex and high net worth cases involving complex business and investment structures, trusts, intervenors, hidden and offshore assets.

She has particular experience in cases with an international dimension and assets held outside of this jurisdiction. In recent years she has been instructed in substantive and in enforcement proceedings involving assets in Dubai, Singapore, China, Switzerland, Portugal and many other jurisdictions.

Mandy accepts instructions in courts of all levels, and as well as being instructed as sole Counsel, she is regularly instructed as junior counsel alongside a KC. She has appeared as a junior in a number of high net worth, complex financial remedy proceedings led by senior members of the Family Bar. She was recently led in the reported case of AB v CD [2022] EWFC 116 dealing with a set aside application when allegations of fraud were made.

Mandy takes a particular interest in cohabitation disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and accepts instructions through all stages of proceedings from settling pleadings to appearing at trial.

Mandy accepts instructions to settle and otherwise advise on pre and post nuptial agreements.
