1KBW is pleased to announce that His Honour Stuart Farquhar has joined chambers as an Associate Member. Most recently he was Lead Judge of the Financial Remedies Court for Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Stuart will be available through chambers to conduct private FDRs following his retirement from the Circuit Bench, with plans to undertake financial remedies arbitrations in due course.
