We are delighted to announce James Roberts has been appointed Queen’s Counsel.
James is a practitioner who specialises in complex financial remedy cases. He also undertakes children work, in particular cases with an international element. He has been ranked in the professional directories as a leading individual (Band 1) for many years. He sits as a Recorder mainly at the Financial Remedies Unit of the CFC and is regularly instructed as a “private FDR Judge” and as an arbitrator. He is an Executive Officer of the Family Law Bar Association.
