Mr Justice MacDonald has handed down judgment in Potanina v Potanin (No.3) (Video Evidence from Abroad) [2026] EWHC 1738 (Fam) which gives guidance on the taking of evidence from abroad by video-link in family proceedings in this jurisdiction from a witness or party who volunteers to give evidence in that manner.
