Joseph Landman, instructed by Ellen Wilkinson, and assisted by Anoushka Chandler, of Mills and Reeve, successfully represented the applicant father in the High Court securing an order for the summary return of two children to Zimbabwe pursuant to the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
The case considered matters ranging from adjournment of hearings, Article 15 requests and rights of custody, to defences of settlement, Article 13(b) grave risk of harm and child’s objections.
