Stephen Jarmain, Laura Moys and Max Turnell, were part of the Brexit Working Party, who helped draft a report on all domestic family legislation which is affected/implemented by EU instruments.
It will provide the foundation for Resolution’s policy/recommendations on post-Brexit family law and we hope inform on future family legislation.
