The Court of Appeal has today handed down its judgment in Potanina v Potanin. Natalia Potanina, represented by Charles Howard QC and Deepak Nagpal QC, has succeeded in her appeal.
The Court of Appeal has overturned the decision to set aside the leave that she had been granted to make an application for financial relief under Part III of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984.
