Julian Woodbridge practises in Criminal Law and Medical Defence Law.
The principal area of his criminal practice is predominantly for the defence and particularly in cases involving serious and complex crime, ‘white-collar’ fraud’ as well as historic allegations of child abuse, and child cruelty, and allegations of sexual assault.
An additional specialisation is medical defence work before the General Medical Council’s Fitness to Practise Panel [now the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal] and the NHS Performers’ List Panel.
Julian has a wealth of experience in long running cases involving expert witnesses. He is known for his sensitivity and his expertise in cases involving medical issues. He is well suited to this area of work.
